Sukkah Hill Etrog Liqueur is a lightly sweet citrus liqueur with the aroma of citrus blossoms and the open bright flavor of Etrog. Our premium spirit captures the flavor of the fruit without any of the bite or bitterness of ordinary citrus liqueurs.
The etrog is the signature symbol of the Biblical Holiday of Sukkot. Some even associate it with the sublime fruit of the Garden of Eden. Etrogs are an ancient heirloom citrus fruit traditionally grown in Southern Italy, North Africa and Israel. Ours are grown in
the foothills of the Sequoias and have an exceptional quality and flavor.
Our grower can trace the ancestry of our trees back at least 1000 years!
This light, clear, sweet spirit is bottled at 76 proof, and will hold up well in mixed drinks. It’s also delicious served over ice.
