Sukkah Hill Spirits is dedicated to bringing the highest quality spirits to our family, friends, and community. Our approach is based on five fundamental concepts:

Local, Small, Private and Personal:
Wherever possible Sukkah Hill’s ingredients are grown locally by family farmers. We like to get to know our growers, and we like to work with nice, dedicated people who put the same love and attention into their products that we put into ours.
Premium, Original and Real:
Sometimes you have to go to the ends of the world to get the absolute best ingredients. Rather than source our spices from industrial farmers, we’ve reached out to small local growers in the Spice Islands, on Grenada and elsewhere to get the worlds most wonderful flavours from their original sources. Our base alcohol is distilled from pure cane sugar grown on ethically managed estates throughout Southern Africa. All of our spirits are Vegan, Gluten Free and GMO Free
Small Batches, Hand Crafted
Our liqueurs are hand crafted one barrel at a time, and every barrel is tracked individually. The recipe and process is exacting, and every stage is tested, tasted and approved by our Taste Master. The batches are small enough for us to closely watch – and enjoy – the color, clarity and aroma of the spirit all of the way through the process.
Pure, Simple and All Natural
All of our spirits are made from mixtures of pure and simple ingredients. We don’t use any preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, additives or industrial chemicals. The richness of our flavors, aromas and textures come from careful blending of exactly the right wonderful stuff in the perfect amounts. We never use chemistry to create an artificial sameness. All of our spirits are Kosher, and Kosher for Passover as well.
